Special Issue Information

This special issue aims to explore the interdisciplinary fusion of intelligent computing, data security, and advanced communication technologies. This issue will highlight innovative research at the crossroads of AI/ML-driven optimization, robust cybersecurity frameworks, and scalable telecommunication architectures. We seek high-quality contributions that address emerging challenges in smart networks, IoT ecosystems, cognitive communications, and privacy-aware distributed computing.

 

We invite original research and review papers on topics including, but not limited to:

 

l   AI and machine learning for network automation and optimization

l   Secure edge/fog computing and intelligence distribution

l   Cyber-physical system security and intrusion detection

l   Blockchain and decentralized trust in telecommunications

l   IoT and sensor networks: intelligence, interoperability, and security

l   Quantum-inspired computing and cryptography in communication engineering

l   Green computing and energy-efficient networking

l   Cognitive radio and dynamic spectrum management

l   Big data analytics and cloud-edge orchestration

l   Privacy-preserving protocols and confidential computing

l   5G/6G network intelligence and service assurance

l   Explainable AI (XAI) for network monitoring and security

 

Accepted articles will be published in Computer and Telecommunication Engineering, Volume 3, Issues 3 & 4 (2025), and Volume 4, Issue 1 (2026).
